IQCS’s Enhanced Management
Consultation Process
IQCS’s management consultation process is designed to align seamlessly with the latest frameworks, including ISO Annex SL (High-Level Structure) and Risk-Based Thinking. This alignment guarantees a systematic and efficient methodology for developing, implementing, and assessing management systems essential for certification audits. By emphasising a risk-focused approach, our process allows organisations to identify potential risks early and integrate proactive measures into their management systems. This comprehensive strategy streamlines the certification process and enhances overall organisational resilience and compliance. Our expert team works collaboratively with clients to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs, ensuring that the management systems meet certification standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Stages of the Consultation
Process

Gap Analysis
IQCS conducts a comprehensive gap analysis to evaluate the organisation’s existing systems against the requirements of the desired standard This involves site visits, interviews with departmental heads, document reviews, and observations A detailed Gap Analysis Report is prepared, highlighting identified gaps and actionable recommendations to align with the standard

Establish a Project Team and Facilitator
In collaboration with the organisation, IQCS helps establish a Project Team and nominates a Project Facilitator to coordinate activities across functions, ensuring seamless management system implementation

Awareness Sessions
IQCS delivers tailored awareness sessions on the requirements of the desired management system These sessions target Top Management, Middle Management, and the Project Team to understand the standards' principles, including risk-based thinking and the high-level structure

Design and Develop Procedures
Working closely with the project team, IQCS designs and develops a robust management system documentation suite, including a System Manual, Procedures, Process Flowcharts, and Job Descriptions These documents are reviewed and approved by the client’s management, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and risk management practices

Implementation of the System
Once documentation is finalised, IQCS provides training to relevant personnel on the new procedures and processes The system is then implemented, with performance monitored and adjustments made to enhance effectiveness and efficiency

Training of Internal Auditors
IQCS develops and trains an Internal Audit Team to conduct periodic audits, ensuring ongoing compliance and continuous improvement in line with the management system requirements

System Audit
After 2-3 months of implementation, an internal audit is conducted under IQCS’s supervision The audit report identifies weak areas, and corrective actions are implemented to address gaps, ensuring readiness for certification

Pre-Assessment Audit
IQCS’s Principal Consultant conducts a Pre-assessment Audit to evaluate the system’s readiness for certification The audit report highlights areas for improvement, and corrective actions are implemented to ensure compliance with the standard

Final Audit by Certification Agency
Once the system is fully implemented and verified, IQCS recommends the organisation for the final audit The client selects a certification agency, and IQCS provides support throughout the audit process to ensure successful certification
